1Independent Intermediary & Non-Merchant Status

Prymeo is an online technological metasearch engine and comparison directory operated by Lucebra LLC. Prymeo is not an airline, air carrier, hotelier, travel agency, tour operator, vehicle rental company, or licensed travel insurer.

We do not organize, charter, manage, own, provide, or resell any travel inventory. Our role is strictly confined to providing digital discovery software that indexes publicly available travel pricing via third-party application programming interfaces (APIs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and certified affiliate distribution networks (including Travelpayouts, Aviasales, Booking.com, DiscoverCars, Carla Car Rental, Arangrant, CJ Affiliate, AirHelp, Airalo, and others).

2Privity of Contract & Direct Merchant Relationship

When you initiate a search on Prymeo and click on an offer, you are redirected outside of our technical platform directly to the merchant of record's website.

No contractual relationship for the provision of travel services exists between you and Prymeo. Your contract of carriage, hotel reservation agreement, vehicle rental contract, or activity voucher is entered into exclusively between you and the designated third-party provider. Consequently:

• All terms of service, fare conditions, luggage allowances, cancellation penalties, and refund policies of that third party apply exclusively.
• Prymeo possesses no technical access to partner reservation databases and cannot modify dates, change passenger names, issue boarding passes, or initiate refunds.
• Any customer service request, booking inquiry, or billing dispute must be submitted directly to the customer support team of the company listed on your booking confirmation or credit card statement.

3Zero Payment Processing & Financial Security

Prymeo does not operate a payment gateway, merchant account, or escrow holding facility for travel bookings.

At no point does Prymeo collect, transmit, store, or view your debit card numbers, credit card CVV codes, bank credentials, or PayPal login information. All financial transactions are processed on third-party websites with their own independent Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance. Prymeo disclaims all liability for any fraudulent charges, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches occurring on third-party portals.

4Dynamic Real-Time Pricing & Fare Availability Disclaimer

Aviation and hospitality pricing is highly volatile and fluctuates continuously based on real-time seat inventory, algorithmic revenue management, fuel surcharges, government taxes, and foreign exchange rates.

While Prymeo exerts rigorous technical efforts to synchronize live prices through continuous API streams, we cannot guarantee that a displayed fare or room rate will remain available when you arrive at the provider checkout. In the event of a discrepancy between the price shown on Prymeo and the price displayed on the booking partner's checkout page, the partner's price is binding and authoritative.

6Flight Disruptions & Statutory Compensation (EC261 / UK261 / US DOT)

Under international civil aviation frameworks (including European Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, UK Regulation 261, Montreal Convention 1999, and US Department of Transportation (DOT) rules):

• Statutory Liability Lies Solely With the Operating Carrier: The operating airline is solely responsible for flight delays exceeding 3 hours, short-notice cancellations, involuntary denied boarding (overbooking), missed connections, and lost or damaged luggage.
• No Operational Recourse Against Prymeo: Prymeo has zero operational control over aircraft scheduling, maintenance, airspace closures, weather ground stops, or air traffic control directives.
• Compensation Claims Assistance: To assist disrupted passengers in claiming statutory compensation of up to €600 / $650, Prymeo partners with AirHelp. Any claim submitted via our calculator is handled independently by AirHelp Germany GmbH under their standard terms.

7Affiliate Compensation & Advertising Disclosure

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) and the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA):

Prymeo is free for consumers. We may receive referral compensation or affiliate commissions from our travel booking partners (tracked via our verified Travelpayouts Partner Marker 137092 and Project trs=26866) when a user completes a flight, hotel, or car rental reservation after clicking through from Prymeo.

This commercial relationship does not inflate the prices you pay. Furthermore, partners cannot purchase higher algorithmic rankings in our organic search results: our default search ranking is governed strictly by objective criteria (lowest price, shortest duration, and itinerary efficiency).
