As a pure metasearch engine, your search queries are processed anonymously in real time to fetch live rates from global flight and hotel inventory partners.

1Information We Collect & Process

When you visit Prymeo (https://www.prymeo.com), we collect only minimal data necessary to deliver real-time travel search results:

  • Anonymous Search Data: Departure airport, destination city, travel dates, passenger count, and cabin preference. This data is transmitted anonymously to external inventory APIs to fetch ticket availability.
  • Device & Telemetry Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address (used solely for approximate country detection to suggest local departure airports and default currency), and referring URLs.
  • Voluntary Communications: If you voluntarily submit your email to set a Price Drop Alert or Price Freeze reminder, we store your email solely to deliver the requested notification. You may unsubscribe at any time.

2Third-Party Inventory Partners & External Checkout

When you click an outbound link to complete a booking, you leave Prymeo and enter the encrypted website of our verified travel partners (such as Travelpayouts, Aviasales, Booking.com, DiscoverCars, Carla Car Rental, Arangrant, Airalo, or AirHelp).

All personal details entered during payment (including full legal passenger names, passport numbers, billing addresses, and credit card credentials) are governed exclusively by that third party's privacy policy. Prymeo has zero access to and accepts zero liability for third-party data processing practices.

3Cookies & Affiliate Attribution Tracking

Prymeo uses functional cookies and session identifiers to:

  • Remember your selected currency preference (e.g. AZN, USD, EUR, TRY);
  • Remember your dark mode or light mode visual preference;
